This auto shop demonstrated a shocking level of negligence and incompetence. I brought my vehicle in with a very clear symptom - a grinding noise while turning, originating from the tires. Instead of thoroughly investigating the root cause, they seemingly applied a band-aid fix, claiming the issue was resolved.
