Tom and his team are true professionals. We had a frozen pipe in our garage and a good amount of water flooded in our basement. Tom came right off of his flight and arrived at our house at 11:00 PM to help me remove the water and get the drying process started. His team arrived the next day to begin remedial work. Our Contractor found a bit of mold on our bathroom sheetrock in our new residence. He called to give us a heads up and I asked our contractor to hold up on his job until we found someone who could investigate to see the full extent on this situation.
