I could not believe how helpful these people were and did not want to charge me for their knowledge I would tell anybody that is buying a pellet stove or a wood stove or anything to do with a woodstove to go there because these people are very knowledgeable and very helpful people and they're there to help you
Never had a pellet stove until we moved to the area. Was hesitant to use it because I love the simplicity of a wood burning stove. These pellet stoves are amazing. It warms our whole basement. We have a 1500 sf basement and it brings everything to a comfortable level fast. Both the guys who with their are friendly also. Plus the pellets are a great deal. They offer 3 different qualities. I went with the cheapest first but you get more dust in the waste box. Since switching to the top brand I hardly ever have to empty it. Plu... read more
They only offer pellet stoves and one wood stove. They don't sell parts at all. They know nothing of how to install them. You have to go up to a different store in minaqua that services and has parts. Really not of any help for anything unless you want to buy a stove or some pellets. You would think one store would offer the whole expertise of the things they sell.
