I don’t like leaving negative reviews at all, but my car has been here for 4 months. After a couple of months dealing with the warranty company, we finally were able to get the money sent & fix approved in January - but the car still sits. For weeks, they were just waiting on the part - yet, I call Tom Wood Honda & they have them readily available. Now I call & there was an unforeseen loss in one of the mechanics families’..
