Welcome to Tomah! Need a place to start out? I recommend contacting this business. They even allowed me to move in after hours coming in from out of state. Very good bang for buck in terms of $/sqft for options.
I have lived here in 2 bedroom duplex for over 8 years and love it. If you need repairs they are fixed quickly
I lived in their property for 4.5 years and just got my JOKE of a security deposit back; not even a quarter of what I put down on the place. A stove vent needed to be replaced? How is that not wear and tear on a place that was built 30 years ago? Oh, and to charge me to repaint? I LIVED THERE 4.5 YEARS, THAT IS NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR. Paper shoved in a vent? We lived here for six years in both a two bedroom and three bedroom apartment. Very nice units and well-maintained. Safe neighborhood too. Great staff! If we had any problem's, they were solved quickly and maintenance was top notch. It was also very family friendly and near La Grange Elementary. Best rentals in Tomah and affordable!
