I would love to stay but need to go to assisted living. My husband and I enjoyed a longer, 9 year!, stay on Monowau. We enjoyed that apartment very much and when we needed something attended to, they were prompt about helping us. Thank you!”
I definitely reccomend Tomah Property management and I do! In fact I googled the address and phone number to give to someone and figured I should make a review. I have rented a duplex home from TPM in Tomah for 5 or 6 years now. They are immediate when it comes to fixing things (when I say immediate I mean it!) I've gotten two random letters thoughout the years, both letters seemingly didn't apply to us and confused me, so I called and both were cleared up immediately. Was an uncomfortable experience, wanted to have me sign a lease and put a deposit down on a unit that I couldn't even see beforehand. When I did get to see a unit and told them I wanted it, made a time to come in the following day to put deposit down and sign lease, they then told me it had been rented. Ended up in a unit with a water damaged ceiling and very outdated lighting fixtures and flooring and completely different layout.
