If I could give this business a zero rating, I would. I needed a replacement aluminum screen made for a window in my home. When I tried to install it, the new screen was out of square and it did not fit. I found it to be 1/8” too big on one side by using a ‘tape measure’. You would think someone in their company would know how to use a tape measure. When I asked if someone measured it before calling me to pick it up, I was told no. Kevin replaced my table top which was shattered by an umbrella taking it out in windy weather. The table matched a set I have had for years and didn't want to replace. He installed a new top for me at a reasonable price......so impressive and with a friendly attitude. Absolutely great job! I couldn't be happier😊 Tomah Glass rocks!
Im all about supporting small, local businesses. One of windows on our newly purchased home unfortunately was broken in December. I was referred to this small business in our local area. After 3 months of dealing with them, I still have a broken window, now have chips out of my wooden window sill and will now need to repair the screen to that window as well as a result of their "techs" working on this window job. Absolute worst company I have ever dealt with had my rear window replaced in my 2016 Sierra it leaked all the way across the entire top instead of them doing the warranty work to replace it tried to just silicone it halfway then when I called back to have them pull the window and do it the right way because it still leaked he instead paid me my money back lady at the front desk was absolutely rude the owner was absolutely ridiculously rude I would not suggest these people
