I just saw Dr. Tomack at her new facility at Mt. Sinai in Long Beach. She is still she nicest and most capable OB/GYN around in my opinion and I'm so happy for her that she found a new home with Mt. Sinai. Not only did I see her but Melissa is there too! I feel like I'm home again. Everyone there is happy and kind. I have followed Dr. TOMACK since my daughter was born 27 years ago, so I'm pretty committed to her. She's a fantastic doctor!
I had an appointment today after they canceled my appointment from the day before. I informed the staff that I would have to come during my lunch hour which they agreed to. Today when I got there, I was informed that there were four people ahead of me and it would be a lengthy wait. I tried to inform them that I made prior arrangements to attend during lunch. The staff were very rude and unprofessional. I guess a new doctor will be in the works!
The woman is terrible she never returns calls, the staff is very unprofessional. I been having issues for months and she said everything was fine. Please do not go to this QUACK, got a second opinion and getting surgery soon
