Dr Toma is good his staff have poor people skills!
Good doctor and staff. Easy to schedule appointments, but appointment time is useless since there is always an excessive waiting time. I've waited hours, even with an appointment.
If you are in need of a thorough annual exam with a doctor that listens when you are speaking, then find another doctor.
Wait times are you excessive. They also leave correspondence with personally identifiable information unsecured outside the office for patient pick up. Have had my data shared in a data breach but received no notice from the office.
Dr Toma is an excellent Dr. No problem getting appointment in a timely manner. The only issue I've had was with the receptionist who is not very empathetic when dealing with a paitent who was having issues with her insurance which prevented her from getting a medication that she needed. I do not think Dr Toma is aware of this or the fact that she is preventing paitent from getting the medications that he prescribes by refusing to speak with Dr. Toma about the problem.
If you like to wait far past your appointment time, then this Doc is for you. Front desk clerk is rude and has zero personality.
MA at front desk arrogant. Dr Toma is old school. Wait times are excessive. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere for your care.
Dr Toma office - Quakerbridge Internal Medicine Dr Toma is great. There is a woman there that speaks with an "accent" and is very rude. She doesn't know what she is doing and very obnoxious.
