Oh my. So I went in for a take out order. At the counter they said their payment system was down and could only accept Apple Cash. So if had an android I couldn’t order. Because they only accept Apple Cash They could not accept card. So I sent the owner the money via Apple Cash my phone said this is a potential fraud warning on the number. This place is terrible To start off the service from the male owner was so off putting, so rude and unwelcoming that I wanted to leave before we ordered. He obviously did not want customers in his restaurant and he did not want to cook for us. He not only didn't make eye contact - he refused to even look in our direction. He seemed sullen and put out by us wanting to order. Avoid at all costs. They gave us the worst customer service known to man after giving our food to the wrong person then making it OUR problem. It took well over an hour for the issue to be resolved (they refused to just refund us and let us leave, they were on the phone with Door dash) Absolutely insanity, never ever experienced something as bizarre as that before. My vegetarian order ended with meat in it ~coincidentally~ after the ordeal.
walked in and there was no one at the front, eventually we rang the bell and a man came out, but was very unfriendly, basically saying he was the only person there and had online orders to work on in the back. another customer walked in to pickup an order and he ignored us as we tried to talk to him. we ended up walking out and going to another restaurant instead. we’re happy to support local businesses but the service this day was not welcoming and does not make us want to return.
