I pulled my back bending over and couldn't even stand up straight, had power back serious pain walking. Went to Dr. Yee the next day. He warmed up my muscles for about 20-30 mins with ultrasound, electro-stim and heating pads until they were relaxed enough to do a joint adjustment.
