Dr. Yan saved my mom’s life. He never takes the credit, but it was his approach that completely reversed her course. He saw and addressed every minor issue with her care. What other drs ignored as minor issues, he saw as pieces to the whole puzzle. He’s a pulmonologist but treated her bedsore while others overlooked it. He moved her port to the correct location vs leaving it because it was “good enough” to others on her care team. He elevated every aspect of her care. Within 2 days she went from dying to recovering. Dr. Yan is an awesome physician. His office manager and staff on the other hand are NOT!! They do NOT keep confidential medical information safe in my opinion. They cancel apps. and reschedule apps without notifying the patient. Not very professional at all!!
Dr. Yan is a great doctor. Very conscientious, caring and thorough. I can't say enough good things about him.
