So blessed to have Tom Wootten as my insurance agent. His office, manager (Kris) has done so much for me and my family. This past round of hail storms, my house got wrecked. Kris was available and explained everything to me in a timely and respectful manner. It is nice, knowing it today's world, that Kris cares for my family and made our needs a priority. I am blessed to have State Farm right now! They are the best insurance agency ever!
The lady Kris at the office e is great. Tom Wooten is a pompous jerk. I don't speak rude often, but he is absolutely rude and ignorant. Glad I don't have to do any more business with him ever.
Been with Mr. Wooten for years. Always helpful. His office is always there when we need them.
Tom Wooten never seems to be his office, no talking to him directly, makes himself unavailable, evertime I try to make an appointment he's out of town or just out. Should change the name to that of his assistant since she's the only who shows up for work and deals with clients, ask for Brittany because she's always there, like a good neighbor.
