The lady Kris at the office e is great. Tom Wooten is a pompous jerk. I don't speak rude often, but he is absolutely rude and ignorant. Glad I don't have to do any more business with him ever.

Been with Mr. Wooten for years. Always helpful. His office is always there when we need them.

Tom Wooten never seems to be his office, no talking to him directly, makes himself unavailable, evertime I try to make an appointment he's out of town or just out. Should change the name to that of his assistant since she's the only who shows up for work and deals with clients, ask for Brittany because she's always there, like a good neighbor.

Tom and his team are exceptionally conscientious and diligent regarding their efforts to help with all aspects of insurance, and they are just the most thoughtful and kind people and I am so grateful for their personalized assistance during what is a very difficult time for us individually and communally. They have supported me in a very big-hearted way, and I'm grateful for them. I encourage anyone reading this to consider working with this team, they're just a really great group of people.
