We were considering this vendor for our wedding and reached out for pricing and menu information. After weeks without a response, we called and were told they had seen our email but hadn’t had time to reply. They promised to get back to us, but another month went by without any follow-up. I sent a polite email letting them know we would likely go another direction due to the lack of communication, and I received a very rude response in return. Unfortunately, this was not a good customer service experience.
Amazing food and service! We used Tom Wood catering for our wedding and we received nothing but compliments on how good the food was and the service! They were timely and efficient and the staff was very helpful!
We got our wedding catered this last Saturday and they did a phenomenal job. The food was delicious and the service was amazing. Could not recommend enough and will be using for future plans ❤️

Tom catered my mother in law’s celebration of life and did an outstanding job. His customer service is top notch, the food was great, and his the prices are very reasonable. Will absolutely hire him again for our next event that requires catering!
