Tom is very professional and personable and a he made selling (and buying) our home seamless and easy! Highly, highly recommend working with him if you get the chance.
We worked with Tom in 2012 when purchasing our home, and have called him for every real estate need since then. He sold my parents home in 2018 and sold our rental property in 2020, and is always willing to give recommendations for anything we ask about. He is thoughtful and kind, never giving a short response but really thinking through, and understanding how the response affects our own personal situation. He is very responsive, we have never had to wonder about where the deal was at. We wouldn't work with anyone else.
When my husband and I were looking for a home in Arizona, Tom was with us from the beginning all the way to the end. We had a huge undertaking moving to another state. If we didn't have Tom on our team...we'd still be looking, and extremely frustrated. Because of him steering us in the right direction, giving very helpful advice and patiently encouraging us, we are now happily living in our new home. I have worked with Tom in purchasing two different properties. Tom is always responsive to my questions and listens to concerns. He walks you through the entire process and does not push you into any home. He provides you with all the information to make a confident decision about the home that feels right for you. I have enjoyed working with Tom and would not use any other person for future purchases of property.
