Well I was trying to explain the situation the person who answers the phone interrupted me and wouldn't let me finish and then hung up on me. Very disappointing that a company that receives such great reviews has such a rude person working for them. When I'm talking I like to finish even if I'm wrong. To interrupt me is extremely rude. Pardon me but I'm old-fashioned and was brought up with manners as a baby boomer. Whoever answers your phone is extremely rude.
