Took my 88 Mustang demon-spawn-of-Satan that had a mystery ignition bug in it to another shop. They couldn't handle the repairs (totally understandable) and referred me to Tom Wilson. They jumped right on it and figured out my issues. A combination of clogged injectors and a failed ignition module. I am a former master tech and could have sorted it out myself eventually, but I simply was too frustrated to continue trying and no longer have all the diag tools needed to sort it out. I was very impressed with the service at Tom Wilson Auto repair! I needed my air conditioning fixed and they got me in right away! Great service and friendly people!
My 4Runner overheated on a Friday afternoon while visiting Sarasota. I asked my family where I should take it and they said Tom Wilson. After calling and explaining the issue, they told me they would work me in. They preordered the radiator so it was there when the tow truck dropped it off. They replaced the radiator and had me back on the road around 5. They saved the day. Thank you Tom Wilson!
I really hate to do this, but I paid $2300 for a master cylinder/abs module replacement, they did it and now my car jerks and pulses with the actuation of the abs module when breaking, very unsafe. I took it back to them and said that I don't think the brakes were bled properly, instead of correcting it, Tom told me that I'd have to take my car to Toyota and gave me the brush off.
