Too expensive and rude. For all other travelers I recommend the shop in lake forest or a mobile mechanic from Reno. Don’t waste money here they will exploit your situation.

Don't even consider going to this business! I would not trust them to take care of their own kid. Hopefully that gives you enough information to not even turn in to their drive way!!

First thing she said to me was, "he probably doesn't have time for that." So that immediately indicated she didn't want my business. "Also we charge $130 an hour and that will be a minimum charge of 1/2 hour, so $65." I laugh to myself and walk out. Drove the 5 blocks home, removed the tire and fixed it myself in 5 minutes. I didn't really need the service but when I sought it and was looking for a service person to build rapport with, I was treated like garbage. Good luck with your business Tom Tuhey.

Avoid at all cost. Interacting with these people will ruin your day, it's just not worth it.

I just went to check my Toyota Tundra and Tom made a complete diagnostic, he found out that the problem on my truck was under Toyota extended waranty, I called the dealer and confirmed it. Thank You Tom for your honesty and save me lot of money for this repair.
