Do not use this company. Ever part of our simple kitchen renovation had to be done three times. After a year, I threw them out. Appalling workmen, appalling overseer who tried to fix things himself. I could write a book on this job. The price was extortionate as I thought we were getting the best. What a night mare. Please opt for a smaller company that does not ride on its name alone.
Our project was total home remodel on very large scale. Tom Trout did an excellent job. Staff, specifically Doug Dye and Steve, were professional, knowledgeable and fun to work with. Would use this firm again without hesitation. You hear horror stories about remodeling...that was not the case with us. Would love to do another house and will most certainly use Tom Trout again.
I worked with Tom Trout several times and they are extremly professional, detailed, and just a pleasure to be associated with.
