We lived in our apartment for 6 years and whenever we had an issue, which did not happen very often, Megan was attentive, responsive and fixed our issues immediately. She is a great communicator and a present landlord which is what you want when you’re renting a place. She is kind and helpful. I have lived in multiple different properties owned by this landlord, and I have truly loved every home I’ve rented from them. They are always quick to respond to and take care of any maintenance requests, and they are consistently kind, welcoming, and professional. Every property I have rented has exceeded my expectations, and I have been extremely pleased with my experience. Genuinely loved living here! Clean, comfortable and safe. The maintenance team is responsive and prompt. Everyone I worked with was friendly, professional and helpful. When I moved out, I got my security deposit back within 2 weeks! Cannot recommend renting with Tom Tom Properties enough!!!
Lived at Wyndham Pointe for 1 year. Had no heat for a month in November & maintenance was unresponsive. Like many others, I did not receive my security deposit after move out. I filed a complaint in small claims court and won a judgment of double security deposit. More tenants should file for double security deposit when the landlord does not return it within 30 days (PA law) and help stop landlords like this.
