Very friendly
This pharmacy is incredible. Brandon is a wonderful pharmacist - he is smart, gives great care to the customers and is proactive in his management of medications. I rely on him for guidance and advise on my medications and possible side effects or interactions. He also has a great team that works with him and they are all very kind and helpful
This pharmacy is the best. They blow CVS across the street out of the water. They are so kind and go out of their way to try help you. I appreciate them for my family and I so much.
I went into the southlake tom thumb location for a vaccine after I had a scheduled appointment at a different pharmacy, which did not have the vaccine in stock. The staff at Tom Thumb pharmacy was so incredibly helpful. They ran into a number of road blocks, but instead of having me call my doctor, insurance, and the previous pharmacy to work it out, they took care of it for me. They were all so very friendly. Being an uncomfortable 8 months pregnant, I really appreciated their help!
Great pharmacy. Because there is no drive-thru they are not as busy, so they provide better service.
