I’ve been going to the Tom Thumb Pharmacy for a while now, and the service is always top-notch. Mina is a great pharmacist he’s knowledgeable, patient, and always takes the time to listen to my needs and explain things clearly. Shelby is just as wonderful she’s friendly, organized, and genuinely helpful. They both make me feel heard and cared for every time I stop by. I really trust them and appreciate everything they do.
This is the worst pharmacy. In fact I never even considered rating a pharmacy because you sort of just show up and get your stuff and leave. Not here. Between being given wrong medications, waiting days for fills, and general rudeness of staff I have learned that there can, in fact, be really bad pharmacies.
