Terrible. Pharmacist is very cold. I recently had surgery and was in terrible pain. I have used this pharmacy for over a year. I called to check on my prescription and was told I was a forger. I was shocked, I started to ask what was going on and she hung up on me. My Dr called and straithened it out. But they were very rude. My Dr said I would have to be a computer genius to forge a script. I was given no chance to ask questions. Very clean store.
Great
My first and last time to use this pharmacy. Both girls very rude and told me to wait until they are ready to open. This was at 9:20am. They are supposed to open at 9am. I will not be back. Ever!
The pharmacy manager is the problem - poor communicator and completely unempathetic - this from a grocery store that prides themselves on customer service. All the other pharmacy staff are first rate! The manager makes them all look bad.
