The 5 stars I'm giving these pharmacy staff are definitely earned! They honestly provide the best customer service of any pharmacy I've ever had -- they're genuinely welcoming, super good about follow through, are highly competent at their jobs, do a good job of setting realistic expectations, AND they're ***good about communication***. Those qualities seem to be getting rarer and rarer at most pharmacies and this particular Tom Thumb pharmacy has earned my loyalty. This is the ONLY grocery store in the area that doesn't have any bike parking. Every time I go there are at least two other cyclist. I have asked management repeatedly to add a rack, Tom thumb wants you to get your bike stolen I guess
