To start with the pharmacy is filthy I'm a cancer patient I needed my medicine and they told me it'd be 2 to 3 weeks after a full day on the phone I found another Tom thumb in Plano and they also did not have my medication but the assistant looked and found me my medication and within an hour of speaking with her I had my medication in hand from another store. I showed up to pick up my meds after I get a text saying my medicine is ready, only to have them tell me my medicine is out of stock??? Thanks for wasting my time
I've been on meds since I was a teen for a chronic health issue. I've used every pharmacy - walgreens, cvs, groecery stores - and I've never had so many issues with a pharmacy as I do with this one??? Nobody is rude, but there is something seriously wrong with their standard operating procedures.
