I setup appointment and walk straight through, never any issues. Attendants are always very friendly and experts at doing their jobs. Always an enjoyable experience.

I actually went to Quest. It is located inside of the Tom Thumb. The Quest nurse, I think her name is Estelle. She is really, really good.
I recently switched to Tom Thumb pharmacy for insurance reasons. I’ve been pleasantly surprised by the courtesy that I’ve encountered. In particular I want to complement Mo for his excellent customer service. It’s nice to have someone with customer service skills pick up the phone.
