Always helpful and friendly at in Hurst!!
Elizabeth is the rudest person I've come across at a pharmacy. Every single time I come in she doesn't even say hello, no greeting, never ever a smile which I don't necessarily expect. I do expect common courtesy which is non existent with this particular tech. I've repeatedly complained and I will not stop until her behavior improves or she no longer works there. A pharmacy is part of patient care. People like myself come in with terminal illnesses and disabilities only to be treated like garbage by the pharmacy tech. The r... read more
The people who work in the pharmacy are all outstanding individuals. They are helpful, knowledgable, accommodating, willing to help anyway they can, and sincere. They always provide my furry little ones with a treat! All the pharmacists have watched out for me by knowing what medications I can and cannot take. My pharmacists are more important to me than my doctors. Thank goodness I have the BEST!!! Thank you all for looking out for me and my dogs.
Today, 11-9-24 at 4:00 pm. I picked up my medication In the drive through. The experience was extremely upsetting being yelled at by Elizabeth who works in the pharmacy . She stated she couldn’t hear me so, that gives you the right to yell at customers when you can’t hear them? There are other ways to tell a customer that they can’t be heard and yelling is not the way, it was uncalled for and extremely unprofessional.
