Service here, still a little inconsistent, has improved over the years. Progress. (Ben the pharmacist seems to know what he’s doing, and things seem to function better when he’s there vs not.) Main drawback here now is the size of the pharmacy- it’s under-sized for the volume of business they do.
I have been using this pharmacy for decades and have never once been disappointed. I know some of the employees by sight, and they know me. They went out of their way today to contact my insurance company and okay filling a prescription early, and said as an alternative I could get it faster through one of their sister stores. This is above and beyond the call of duty. Thanks, Tom Thumb for being such a reliable part of my healthcare team!
I’ve had nothing but great experiences here. I had horrible experience at the Walgreens across the street and switched here last year. They send text messages when the meds are ready & they get them ready fast.
They never pick up the phone when you called to find out if your meds are ready or not
