Getting prescriptions filled here takes forever. I cut my left index finger severely yesterday and went to the ER. One prescription is for pain, the second is a muscle relaxer, & the third is an antibiotic. I’m in a great deal of pain but still no prescription. This is NOT the first time. I will be switching pharmacies soon. Since I like getting my prescriptions where I shop for groceries, it’s likely I’ll be switching grocery stores as well.
If I could give this pharmacy, a zero star, I would. Jason Eugene has by far the worst customer service of anyone I have ever dealt with. I have complained to corporate and will make sure that it is addressed how he was incredibly rude and did not help me when I told him I just had one question. The lady that walked up behind me, said to go ahead and ask the question and he refused to speak with me and continue to help her and the person behind that lady.
