Bad experience with employees they treated my bad. The employee was complaining about selling for a scratch off ticket

I usually have no complaints about Tom Thumb, but today was disappointing. I went in to pick up some graduation balloons, and the two women working in the balloon and floral department were very dismissive and unfriendly. They weren’t helpful at all and made the experience feel unwelcoming.
