Love this place. It is always clean and reliable. I asked an employee of Tom Thumb Express to help me this past Monday, and he kindly helped me while there was nobody in the store. So he managed to help me and look out for arriving new customers. Great service. Their gas pumps are always in perfect condition and work excellently!
Poor quality of gas here. Not worth risking your engine.
visited Tom Thumb Express yesterday after checking the hours on Google, which showed the store was open until 11:00 PM. There was also an “Open, please come in” sign displayed around 10:45 PM, but the store was already closed. I chose the Express location expecting a quick visit, but ended up purchasing my item from the Tom Thumb next to it instead. kindly request that the store hours on Google be updated accurately and that the open/close signage be corrected if the store closes earlier than listed. I visited the Tom Thumb Express on Wednesday, December 10th at 8:15 to get gas … I wanted to make a purchase in the store, but when I tried to go inside, the doors were locked. There was a note on the door saying ‘back in 15 minutes.’ I understand the employee may have needed a restroom break, so I ran an errand & when I stopped back by at 8:33, the doors were still locked.
