I am extremely disappointed with my recent order with bakery. Despite providing specific instructions, they were completely ignored, and the cake itself was unacceptable—it was incredibly dry and not up to standard. It is clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority here. I expected much better quality and attention to detail.
Store was clean and organized. They provide good customer service. Was helped by Jeremiah at the Butcher Block (meat department). Very helpful young man. He provided excellent customer service. Oveall, was a great customer experience.
Nice neighborhood TomThumb but feel a bit expensive compared to other groceries nearby
