My comment really applies to whomever services the cappuccino machines. I have noticed several of the cappuccino drinks in North Santa Rosa stores are watered down leaving them with little taste this year. However, due to my traveling I have also noticed Tom Thumb stores in Escambia are just the opposite. Photos are provided with SR example on the right and Escambia example on the left both from today. SR is worse than previous as someone got upset! The two pictured are the SAME flavor...
