I picked up my curbside order on 7/27 and wanted to give a big shoutout to the young gentleman named Al who helped me. He did a great job he was very careful with my items and even handed me the bread and eggs separately, which I really appreciated! I initially had an issue with an online order that was delivered to the wrong address. After trying to resolve it through chat support without success, I called the store and spoke with the manager, Mr. Gentry. He immediately took ownership of the situation, resolved it on the spot, and personally delivered the groceries to our home. His response went far beyond my expectations. I go there because that's where I pick up my prescriptions but other than that I try not to shop there. I hate to say it because they have an amazing staff, everyone is so helpful and friendly. But, their produce goes bad quickly, their meat and seafood sections never smell good, and their Signature Selection products are sub par. For instance, the packets of instant mashed potatoes are tasteless, the soup is bland, the salad dressings taste weird, etc. All this and they are much more expensive!
