I am a customer of Tom Thumb. It is a wonderful grocery store. I lived in plano for three and have years but I have never seen an associate like a guy called Terrence. It was Monday 18th of July around 10.40pm, he was talking loud on his cell phone a private talk. I stood there for a while and finally put my stuff on the table. Watch whatever you buy in this bakery, I was having a donut craving and stopped by this deli bakery , picked up a box of donuts that had packed fresh today on them, got home everyone in the house grabbed one and we fed one to the two year old as well , then my daughter noticed black spots on the bottom of her donut, Mold!! We checked and they all had Mold, took them back got my money back and the manager says come pick out something else I looked at all if the supposedly fresh donuts baked today and they all had Mold...I wil... read more
Spotlessly clean, well-stocked, friendly knowledgeable staff, great sale specials. My store!
This Tom Thumb is too small and has no room to expand. Management and staff are poorly trained although getting better since I moved here 12 years ago. Shelves are badly stocked, when shelves are straightened at night, one or two varieties are put across the front so that you have to move them and look behind to find what you need. Employees used to ask if you needed help but that only lasted about 6 months and now no one looks at you again. Poor training.
This review is for the meat dept. I have consistently been provided attentive, friendly service from the butchers, especially Mark Perez. He is very knowledgeable about his craft and very professional. The department is well stocked, clean and organized. Thanks Meat Dept Team! Joel C. Garland, TX

Tom Thumb is the best grocery store, especially this one in Keller!
I love this Tom Thumb and the awesome people that work there especially Brenda the Deli Manager and Joe. They always are focused on the customer and making my experience in the store a pleasant one. Keep up the good work.
