I worked @ this location from November 2024 until March 2025 I’m a Senior Citizen that gave a 100% and I was still terminated!! I was insulted by one of there  Managers n her name is Anna. She told me I worked slow and at this time  the store wasn’t getting customers!!! This store has one of the poorest customer service I have ever experienced. I placed an online order on March 17th for bread marked as buy one get one free. They later modified the order and charged me full price for one bread because they said they were out of stock. After calling multiple times to have the price adjusted, I received no help. Beware of expired food dates at this Tom Thumb location in Duncanville, TX off of Cedar Ridge. We had repeatedly bought food from this location with expired dates from as far as 2020 but as common as 2022. Expired food should be taken off the shelf at least 3 months after its expiration date but 2 years is asking for a negligence liability suit. Food poisoning is real and Tom Thumb is not to concern with their neighborhoods health buy keeping this food on the shelf for consumption. Check your expiration dates when shopping a... read more

This Pharmacy doesn’t even deserve on star They gave continually disappointed, and showed a complete lack of inconsistency This is to include the Pharmacists, they need to clean house and find someone to manage this place who has a genuine idea of customer service
