Absolutely awful service after the sale. Unresponsive, indifferent, and incompetent. I could not use my RV after purchasing it from them once the temporary tag expired because they did not get the title to me in over seven weeks so I could not get it registered and tagged. I had to postpone a long trip, lost campsite fees in the hundreds of dollars, and lost vacation time. No one knew what to do and didn’t really care. Multiple calls went unanswered. I’m not sure I would trust their service department. I called and asked if they would do Warranty work on my 2025 Redwood fifth wheel. Their response was I have never heard of that brand.
Our 2022 RV has needed extensive work in the 2+ years that we have owned it. We recently had service completed that our extended warranty company wouldn't cover. Mark Montgomery, the Service Manager at Campers Inn - Louisville, worked with the manufacturer to get us reimbursement for the work. We are extremely pleased with the level of care that Mark has shown in resolving this issue. He has definitely gone beyond our expectations and we are extremely grateful.
