Brought my car in for an oil change and my car takes 5W-30 oil. When I picked my car up the invoice said they put 10W-20 oil in. The mechanic Jim looked at the 10W-20 on the invoice, said that they put the right oil in, and then with an attitude asked if I wanted to see the box for the oil they put in the car. He showed me the box which was the correct oil for the car but not what they wrote on the invoice. Then Jim very smugly told me that everything was okay. Jim is very trustworthy. He also has a 15 year old nephew who works for him at the shop. He is a very dedicated worker and I’m excited to see what he does in the future
