Tom Smith runs a standup business that we are lucky to have locally. He knows Volvo marine like a mental encyclopedia- and helps people over the phone and in person. He is extremely fair and has been around forever. Do not be afraid to go see him!
July 2020. Please please please don’t waste your time or your money at this place! This man Tom the owner is very rude and inconsiderate. If you want to get ripped off And give your money away then come here. My experience the two times that I’ve been here We’re both very upsetting. The first time I thought he was just having a bad day but the second time confirms that he’s just a terrible person to do business with. If I could write him a zero star I would!
Tom is cranky, but he knows his stuff. The old lady up front is too weird for words. The price is always seem high to me, but the prices on Marine stuff tend to be high. I have never had them do work for me on any of my boats oh, but I have heard very good things from other people.
Thomas is an awful and abusive human being. Never do business with these people
