Tom has always been there for us in an emergency. He came to our home one night when we had no water. I highly recommend him.
Purchased a water softener and iron filter new from Tom in 2013 they worked fine until last year when the iron filter started leaking air back into the lines .I called Tom back in March to see if he could come and have a look at it. He was busy at the time and said he would come out as soon as he could ,I called him again in August and left a message and he never called back ,in the following weeks I left numerous messages, when he finally answered the phone he said he was on vacation and would be away for two weeks..so agai... read more
