Actually just happened right now at 11 PM. We called Tom to help with leak in the bathroom, he came in right away and fix it perfectly. Very honest, thoughtful and professional. We had our softener done with him as well 8 years ago. Highly recommended
We had a leak in the bathroom coming through the wall onto the floor on a Friday afternoon. After calling several plumbers, one of which that we had used in the past several times, we were either told it would be next week, or no response at all. We were lucky enough to call Tom Shell Plumbing. A very nice customer service person said that she would contact her plumber and he should be able to be at our house that afternoon.
