Due to pricing, I left my former insurance company after 37 years. Tom and his team are phenomenal!!! Not only have they saved me a lot of money, they've followed up on any minor issues that I've come across. The issues were mainly me learning to utilize the great tech options they provide. I have had my auto and home Insurance with Tom Segraves for 30 years. Last March we had a house fire. The adjuster recommended we hire Service Master they came and cleaned our house out my wife told them to leave the clothes alone sshe would take care of them they took them any way after she begged them to not take them.Than State Farm put us in a hotel with nothing just the clothes we had on after 3 months State Farm kicked us out of the hotel.
