Grateful for the good, quality service. I received a same day oil change appointment and was pleasantly surprised to receive my car back vacuumed, and with a little appreciation gift of treats. I will definitely return and share with others the great service received.
Started out friendly and amazing. Customer service was on point. But when I brought my 2013 traverse in for an alignment, that’s where things when wrong. First they adjusted three of the tires and then told me they were unable to adjust the fourth and I would have to go get aftermarket camber bolts for my OEM shocks. Then told me I had to pay the full price for the alignment as well as another full price for the alignment once I return with the after market parts. If I could give minus stars I would!!!!!! My husband bought a truck and took it to Tom's for new wheels, tires and a complete front to back inspection! They were supposed to fix the exhaust leak, plugs and wires, air filter shroud, ECT . Well, we got wheels, tires and an oil change, that's it, but they charged us for everything they didn't do!!!! We paid literally thousands, literally for just wheels tires and oil!!!!
