In conjunction with my Individual Income Tax Return preparation (which had some complexities), CPA Steven Pribramsky was very responsive, reliable & great to work with. Would highly recommended him to someone looking for a good CPA.
We reached out to meet with this firm and when we did not strictly follow his onboarding procedure and blindly pay a retainer, instead asking for an introductory call to get to know the accounting firm and the people we would be working with, he refused to set a call at all. I scheduled a phone consultation on Friday through Linda, set for the following Monday. When the time came and I didn’t receive a call, I phoned in about five minutes after the scheduled time. I let the receptionist know I had booked the consultation through Linda and was told she was on the phone and would call me back. I never heard from anyone again.
