Steve and his team are great. Phone is always answered by a person, not a recording. Very prompt responses to questions. Robust online portal for secure document uploads. Steve in particular is great. Especially during tax season, when I know he’s swamped, he always responds quickly and is a true professional (and a really nice guy to boot). Not the cheapest but when it comes to doctors, lawyers, CPAs and other professionals, I’m happy to pay for the best.
I can’t recommend this accountant highly enough. They have been absolutely phenomenal in helping us navigate our finances with clarity and confidence. In conjunction with my Individual Income Tax Return preparation (which had some complexities), CPA Steven Pribramsky was very responsive, reliable & great to work with. Would highly recommended him to someone looking for a good CPA.
We reached out to meet with this firm and when we did not strictly follow his onboarding procedure and blindly pay a retainer, instead asking for an introductory call to get to know the accounting firm and the people we would be working with, he refused to set a call at all. I scheduled a phone consultation on Friday through Linda, set for the following Monday. When the time came and I didn’t receive a call, I phoned in about five minutes after the scheduled time. I let the receptionist know I had booked the consultation through Linda and was told she was on the phone and would call me back. I never heard from anyone again.
