I scheduled a phone consultation on Friday through Linda, set for the following Monday. When the time came and I didn’t receive a call, I phoned in about five minutes after the scheduled time. I let the receptionist know I had booked the consultation through Linda and was told she was on the phone and would call me back. I never heard from anyone again.
