Stand up guy, did exactly what I needed! Will call again!
Hired Tom for a new home build and he did not show up to begin the job after several excuses. Once we informed him that we would be moving forward with someone else, he tried keeping the down payment. We had to resolve this issue through the court system. Everyone should take their business elsewhere.
Extremely unprofessional!
Our air conditioner stopped cooling at the beginning of a hot & humid week. Called Tom requesting service and were told he would be out later that day. Fortunately for us, he called back a short time later and said he had a cancellation and could be by us shortly. He arrived, repaired the problem and we now have a cool house again. We are so appreciative and thankful for Tom. Great guy / great price!!
