Our air conditioner stopped cooling at the beginning of a hot & humid week. Called Tom requesting service and were told he would be out later that day. Fortunately for us, he called back a short time later and said he had a cancellation and could be by us shortly. He arrived, repaired the problem and we now have a cool house again. We are so appreciative and thankful for Tom. Great guy / great price!!

Extremely rude and unprofessional. We called around 9:45 PM after our furnace went out for the second time. Although we were able to temporarily get it running, with three children in the house and -30°F temperatures, we wanted a professional to come out before it failed again. Tom gave us a quote, we agreed to it, and immediately after agreeing he became rude and argumentative about us calling “so late,” despite advertising 24-hour emergency service. Furnace quit working in the middle of the night and woke up to a freezing house! Called at 4:45am and he called back almost instantly. Said he’d be here between 7:30am and 8am, and was right on time! Tom was able to diagnose what was wrong in less than 10 seconds and had our furnace fixed and up and running within an hour. Very kind and knowledgeable man.
