This was my 1st visit with Dr. Tom Chang today for vision issues -floaters , blurred vision and he was very dismissive, rushed and I felt he was not listening to me. Very bad bedside manners. I will not be returning as a patient.
First visit, went extremely well. All staff knowledgeable and professional. State of the art equipment. Dr. Chang personable and & highly recommend his care.

I sought an ophthalmologist due to a problem that needs an eye specialist. The staff and this doctor at Acuity treat people like cattle. They gave me a routine eye exam as if I were at optometry. He barely asked me any questions relating to my issue and then gave me a firm diagnosis and said it was nothing I was doing, nor was there anything that could be done.
