They got me in and out with an oil change and tire rotation. It was great!
I had my exterior temperature sensor replaced and the keyless ignition repaired on my 2020 Mazda CX-9 both of which were covered under my extended warranty! Matt and the staff there were very friendly, courteous and accommodating.
I bought Outlander last year. They have very bad after sales service.
I've taken my Outlander here for many years. Always easy to book appts. They share a video of the service and what's needed. I've never felt pressured to get what's recommended. Always stay at the service center and catch up on misc stuff during the wait. Never had any issues. I've had routine services done as well as tire plug/rotation, brakes, rotors. Never had to go back for faulty service. Iv'e asked for a car wash and while it's not crew carwash style, it's good to get the dirt off! Would definitly recommend.
