I've taken my Outlander here for many years. Always easy to book appts. They share a video of the service and what's needed. I've never felt pressured to get what's recommended. Always stay at the service center and catch up on misc stuff during the wait. Never had any issues. I've had routine services done as well as tire plug/rotation, brakes, rotors. Never had to go back for faulty service. Iv'e asked for a car wash and while it's not crew carwash style, it's good to get the dirt off! Would definitly recommend.
Very professional. Got my Outlander diagnosed, parts ordered, and fixed in 2 weeks. The extended warranty was not a problem only cost me diagnosis fee. Very well done 👏
Very nice folks at this location I won't take my outlander any where but this location from here on out and I'm on the west side of indy
