I want to give a shout out to the service team at Tom Roush Mitsubishi. From intake to fixing my problem, was top notch!! I was driving home to Waterloo Ontario Canada when my 2024 Outlander PHEV went dead and wouldn't start. I got a jumpstart from AAA(through Mitsubishi Roadside Assistance), and googled the nearest Mitsubishi dealership. Being a Friday and last minute, I was prepared to spend the weekend in a hotel if I had to, but the team got to my car right away, replaced the 12v auxiliary battery(under warranty) and ide... read more
