He is so easy to talk to. He showed us only the house's that were in our price range. He is not pushy and was very honest with our questions. We had some credit issues and instead of making me feel bad. He got us in contact with a mortgage specialist. The day we bought our home was the happiest day and I'm not sure it would have happened if it weren't for Tom Roth.

We had a house that we owed more than what it was worth and Tom helped get it sold. The house had to be sold on a short sale, which is an intimidating process unless you work with someone who knows what they are doing. He negotiated with the bank and got us an excellent deal. I would work with him again.

Tom has taken us from the beginning all the way to closing. The whole experience has been great and would have been a problem if it wasn't for Tom knowing who and when to contact we would still be looking. I thank you Tom for a job well done. You are a true reflection of professionalism.

I was facing foreclosure and had lost the will to deal with a property ownership nightmare, Property had been vandalized, I was behind on mortgage, it was on the market with out success for a year, Allentown Downtown improvement tore up my side walk 4 days after I poured a new and left it that way for over a year to weather the storm of the cities success. Goes the extra mile. Tom is an expert in his field. Tom took time to check on the property and make it presentable. He was available when I was to meet and discuss tactics. The property was contracted with in a 5 month time frame.

Tom Roth is not only the consummate professional; he is an intensely dedicated human being interested in doing whatever he can to assist a client. Tom is truly a straight shooter. Honest, hardworking, and helpful. He even provided references for work that needed to be completed prior to sale. He is a “no bull” person who will do what is needed to get the job done. And he has a great signing voice to boot. Tom Roth is a solid member of the community, including being an active member of Rotary International. Prior to sale of the property, Tom helped rent several of my apartments, and I had no concerns throughout the process. Like I said, a true straight shooter.
