I've worked with your company for six years and am always satisfied with your HVAC and AC services. A recent AC job brought technician Blake to my home. He was very professional and accommodating and a pleasure to work with. I thank him for fixing the problem so fast and efficiently on a super hot day!

Our heat in one of our Church buildings was not working. All 3 furnaces would not operate. Called late in the day and Rechtin made sure that they would send someone that day. Zach arrived about 3:30 and determined that the gas line pressure was extremely high. The problem was that water had dripped on the gas meter and had frozen up the vent which was the cause of the high pressure. Zach not only stayed late but he also made the call to DUKE energy to come and make the needed repairs to the gas meter. Zack stayed and waited ... read more
I already use Tom Rechtin but today I was stuck in some of the crazy snow we have and one of their employees came over and helped dig me out. A very kind act that he didn’t have to do. Very nice some one is still going out of their way to help strangers.
