Tom and his team are fantastic, they have consistently gone above and beyond for me and my family.
Ever since I bought a policy from them I always had rude and arrogant attitudes with Tom Rauner staff (Audra Zelvy (especially) ,Scott & Cynthia Rauner) is like they think that good customer service doesn't exist anymore. These people have to be retrained. Just because they have an establish book of business doesn't mean that putting forth good customer service ends there or that they can pick and choose how to treat people however they want.
