Tom personally came to my house on a Sunday to check out the job. I wanted to convert an electric stove to a gas stove, He gave me an estimate and his employees were at my house bright and early the very next day. The job was finished and was less than the original quote. I have used Tom Peters Plumbing & Heating on a furnace emergency and Tom was quick to respond, got the job completed and the price he quoted was right on the money. I would not use anyone else when it comes to plumbing & heating. Tom Peters is the best!!
I use Tom Peter's service over a year ago this guys wanted to ripped me off. I had to do a job with my furnace and I explained him that I knew how to do the job I just didn't know how to bleed the furnace after I finish the job and fill it again and that is why I was going to hire him to do the whole job. We agreed that this was a one man job and should take no more than an hour or two if there was any inconvenient. Great service, honest and fast. I manage many commercial properties and trying to find mechanical people with consistent integrity is tough. These guys are great, now if I could just find an electrician who doesn't charge $1000/day!
